Determination of Helical Gear Assembly Error of Heavy Truck Transmission Based on Finite Element Simulation
In order to solve the problem that the helical gears are assembled with errors that cause cracks and breaks on the tooth roots of the gears in the actual operation of the gearbox, which leads to the inability of the gearbox to operate stably,we constructed the helical gears based on Pro/E three-dimensional modeling software.Based on Pro/E three-dimensional modeling soft constructed the three-dimensional model of helical gear vice and its existence of two-axis non-parallelism and tooth side clearance corresponding to the model, and analyzed the corresponding static contact stress and dynamic contact stress in the two cases,so as to determine the error of two-axis non-parallelism and tooth side clearance during the assembly of helical gears of heavy truck transmissions, and to guide the actual assembly operation.
