Problems and Optimization Countermeasures in the Comprehensive Budget Management of Enterprises——Taking Manufacturing Industry as an Example
with the rapid development of our market economy,if enterprises want to develop sustainably in the new economic environment,they need to use comprehensive budget management to control enterprise cost scientifically and reasonably,to ensure that the enterprise within the budget to achieve effective cost control and financial management objectives,so as to improve the enterprise's economic efficiency and market competitiveness,so that the enterprise in the industry leading position.Based on this,this paper takes the manufacturing industry as an example,first expounds the importance of strengthening the overall budget management in the manufacturing industry,and then analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the overall budget management in the manufacturing industry,finally,the corresponding optimization countermeasures are formulated,hoping to help enterprises better enhance the financial management level under the overall budget management,and create greater profit space.
