基于Matlab对双闭环直流调速系统进行了设计与实现,介绍了双闭环直流调速系统的原理及结构,通过实例对双闭环直流调速系统进行设计合适的控制策略,并使用Matlab进行仿真、建模和分析,其中转速调节器和电流调节器均采用带有限幅作用的PI调节器,然后通过实验的方法来验证所设计的双闭环直流调速系统的合理性和准确性.实验结果表明,基于Matlab的双闭环直流调速系统具有一定的抗负载扰动的能力,通过仿真实验的方法验证,所设计的双闭环直流调速系统能实现无静差调速.
Design and Simulation of MATLAB-based Double-Closed-Loop DC Speed Control System
A double closed-loop DC speed control system is designed and realized based on Matlab.Firstly,the principle and structure of the double closed-loop DC speed control system are introduced,and then a suitable control strategy for the double closed-loop DC speed control system is designed through an example,and Matlab is used for simulation,modeling and analysis,in which the speed regulator and the current regulator are PI regulators with limiting effect,and then the reasonableness and accuracy of the designed double closed-loop DC speed control system are verified through experimental methods.The experimental results show that the designed dual closed-loop DC speed control system based on Mathematics is reasonable and accurate.The experimental results show that the dual closed-loop DC speed control system based on Matlab has a certain resistance to load disturbance,and it is verified by simulation experiments that the designed dual closed-loop DC speed control system can realize static-free speed control.
