为了进一步提高工业区冬季企业运行经济效果,设计了一种基于双层决策的工业区冬季企业运行储能服务定价方法.研究结果表明,白天燃气轮机出力显著提高,有效减小用户高峰状态下支出压力.冬季柔性负荷出力对时段略微调节,形成更小冬季光伏出力.储能设备充电时深夜低谷电价段与下午电价处于平谷,晚上高峰放电可以充分发挥分时电价作用.
Pricing of Energy Storage Services for Winter Business Operation in Industrial Zones Based on Two-Tier Decision Making
In order to further improve the economic effect of winter enterprise operation in industrial zones,a pricing method based on two-layer decision-making for winter enterprise operation of energy storage services in industrial zones is designed.The results of the study show that the gas turbine output is significantly increased during the daytime,effectively reducing the expenditure pressure on the users in the peak state.Winter flexible load output is slightly regulated for the time period,creating smaller winter PV output.Energy storage equipment charging late night trough tariff section and afternoon tariff is in the valley,the evening peak discharge can give full play to the time-sharing tariff.
