Research on Digital Maturity Assessment of Manufacturing Enterprises
By understanding the concepts of digitalization and digital transformation,digital maturity and comparing the maturity models of scholars,we select the smart manufacturing capability maturity model and analyze its advantages and disadvantages,improve the smart manufacturing capability maturity model,and use the radar diagram method to better identify the weak links in the digitalization process of enterprises.Apply this model to evaluate the digital maturity of Enterprise T.According to the evaluation results,find the existing problems or bottlenecks in the digital transformation of Enterprise T through literature review and field investigation.
