为了减少因井下空间限制给巷道修复机作业带来的影响,对现有的修复机工作装置机构进行了优化.首先,先对巷道修复机工作装置受力进行了分析.然后,基于装置结构最大受力值的约束条件,对工作装置进行了尺寸优化和拓扑优化分析.最后,对优化结果进行了验算.为将来巷道修复机工作装置机构的设计生产制造提供了理论基础.
Optimisation of the Working Device Mechanism of a Roadway Repair Machine
In order to reduce the impact of the underground space limitation on the operation of the roadway repair machine,the working device mechanism of the existing repair machine is optimised.Firstly,the working device force of the roadway repair machine was analysed.Then,based on the constraints of the maximum force value of the device structure,the dimensional optimisation and topological optimisation of the working device were analysed.Finally,the optimisation results were verified.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and production manufacture of the working device mechanism of the roadway repair machine in the future.
