Research on Digital Project Management Methods of Electric Power Enterprises
In order to promote the sustainable development of electric power enterprises,improve the utilization rate of project information resources,enable electric power enterprises to better plan,coordinate and control the project resources,and improve the economic benefits of the project,the digital project management method of electric power enterprises is proposed.First,classify and code the project information to better manage and use the information in the project construction;Secondly,the project information digital management data table is designed to reduce information confusion and duplication and form a complete and accurate digital project management system.With the support of data sheets,implement digital project management to ensure the rational use of resources and the smooth progress of projects.The experimental results show that after the application of the proposed digital management method,the project information resource utilization rate of electric power enterprises has been effectively improved,reaching more than 97.02％,and the management effect has significant advantages.
