Research on Business Model Innovation Mechanism of Manufacturing Enterprises under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing—A Case Study of Kutesmart
Intelligent manufacturing is not only an important driving force of China's economic development,but also the development direction of the global manufacturing industry.Taking Kutesmart as an example,this paper analyzes the business model innovation mechanism of manufacturing enterprises under the background of intelligent manufacturing.By combing the development process of Kutesmart,this paper summarizes the business model innovation process of case enterprises from three aspects:value proposition,value creation mechanism and value acquisition mechanism,in order to be helpful to the development of business model innovation theory and practice of manufacturing enterprises.
