Raw Material Supply Management Strategy for Civil Aircraft Based on Life Cycle
From the perspective of aircraft life cycle,based on the principle of cost optimisation,we analyse and study the raw material supply management strategy of civil aircraft manufacturers based on the supply management priorities of different stages of aircraft raw material products,the formulation of overall supply management strategy,and the application of management strategy for different types of materials,etc.,so as to provide some solutions for the enterprise managers and project organisations to formulate the supply chain management strategy and procurement process.The study provides some solutions for enterprise managers and project organisations to formulate supply chain management strategies and procurement processes.
