Production Scheduling Optimization of Mixed-Flow Production Lines in R Cold Chain Enterprises
Production scheduling optimization is crucial to improving the production capacity of mixed-flow assembly lines.This paper takes the mixed-flow production line of R cold chain enterprise as the research object,and establishes a production scheduling optimization model with the goal of minimizing the sum of idle time and overload time.At the same time,considering the characteristics of the model mixed-flow assembly line being put into production,a genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The results show that the input-output ratio of the mixed-flow production line increased from 75.5%to 85.0%,and the daily output increased by 11.26%,which can provide certain reference for cold chain enterprises to increase production capacity.
