Intelligent manufacturing has become an important development direction of the global manufacturing industry with advanced technology,excellent manufacturing capability and efficient production mode.By introducing the status quo of intelligent manufacturing and the development of the apparel industry in China,analysing the important impact of intelligent manufacturing on the productivity of the apparel industry,such as improving product quality and production efficiency,realizing personalized production,and innovating the business model,we put forward feasible suggestions to improve industrial productivity by upgrading the intelligent manufacturing capability of the apparel industry.Thus,it is determined that intelligent manufacturing upgrading and transformation of the apparel industry has significant advantages for enhancing production efficiency,optimising supply chain management,and improving consumer experience.
