Digital Pre-Assembly Inspection System for Aircraft Assembly Process
The traditional aircraft assembly inspection methods have low inspection accuracy.In this regard,a digital pre-assembly inspection system for the aircraft assembly process is studied.The hardware part of the system includes data acquisition,engineering assistance and intelligent computing hardware.In the system software design part,the position measurement grid is constructed to achieve the acquisition of real-world information of aircraft assembly business units,and the position-based visual servo analysis is used to obtain the current position and the target position,in order to achieve the digital pre-assembly deviation detection of the aircraft,among other aspects.Through the extraction of image features and the SVD method to solve the positional deviation,the deviation detection of aircraft assembly is realised.The experimental conclusions show that the assembly detection time of the method is always lower than 10 s,which has a high detection efficiency.
