R&D and Application of Siemens 828D CNC System for Electrical CNC Upgrading of 6M601 Gantry Milling Machine
This thesis takes the old 6M601 gantry milling machine of the machining plant as the carrier,upgrades its original relay-controlled electrical system,and carries out detailed design and transformation by means of advanced CNC electrical system.The main contents include main circuit design,control circuit design,CNC system parameter setting,PLC control point programme design,Siemens system configuration,parameter adjustment,and complete machine commissioning.Through the best to meet the field conditions of use as the premise,the design of the most economical and stable Siemens 828D CNC system for the machine tool electrical CNC upgrading and transformation.The electrical system PLC programme,parameter setting table and wiring diagram of the whole machine tool are compiled.
