Design and Application of Automatic Machining Welding Device for Inclined Web of Tower Machine
In the production process of one company's tower crane piece-type standard section,the inclined web is obtained through outsourcing,and its processing quality and consistency are difficult to control,and the demand is large,and the pressure of outsourcing cost is great,so we propose to design and produce the inclined web processing and welding device for piece-type standard section.Based on the conditions of automatic processing to complete the bevel milling of the round tube of the oblique web rod and welding with the baffle plate and other processes,according to the demand for structural and functional design,and further complete the design of the control system.Practical application shows that the production process of this device is automatic and efficient,the production beat meets the demand,the production quality meets the requirements,and compared with the outsourcing of finished parts,it can save at least 450,000 yuan of production costs per year.
