为保证锚杆钻车稳定工作,提高生产效率,设计了钻臂液压系统.根据锚杆钻车钻臂结构,对钻臂液压系统进行了总体设计,为液压系统各元件确定型号,基于液压系统设计,在AMESim软件中搭建了液压系统模型进行仿真分析,为锚杆钻车钻臂液压系统的性能改进提供了理论参考.
Design and Simulation Analysis of Hydraulic System of Drilling Arm of Anchor Drilling Car
In order to ensure the stable work of anchor drilling truck and improve the production efficiency,the drilling arm hydraulic system is designed.Firstly,according to the structure of the drilling arm of the anchor drilling truck,the overall design of the hydraulic system of the drilling arm is carried out,and the model is determined for each component of the hydraulic system.Then,based on the hydraulic system design,the hydraulic system model was built in AMESim software for simulation analysis.It provides a theoretical reference for the performance improvement of the drilling arm hydraulic system of the anchor drilling truck.
