Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of Coolant Temperature Sensor in Automotive Agricultural Engine
In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of the engine cooling system,the study thoroughly explores the working mechanism of the sensor and its common types of failure in actual operation,such as inaccurate temperature readings,signal interruption,etc.,and develops a detailed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedure.Finally,a specific case of abnormal rotation of the cooling fan is taken as an example to develop the fault diagnosis process,cause analysis and specific troubleshooting steps.The results show that accurate fault diagnosis and targeted elimination strategies can effectively reduce the unexpected downtime,improve engine performance and extend service life,and provide practical diagnostic reference technology guidance for related fields.
