Synchronization Precision Analysis of Digital Twin Control in Torque Motor Direct Drive Feed System
In order to improve the control accuracy of torque motor direct drive feed system,digital twins are introduced to realize the high precision follow-up of direct drive components under inertia perturbation.The method combines the state information of the physical entity and adjusts the speed parameters according to the limitation of the performance index to achieve the best dynamic characteristics.The results show that the digital twin control synchronization precision analysis,when the load disturbance,the method can accurately detect the load inertia increase,which proves that the dual-mode parameter synchronization algorithm is effective.According to the analysis of the response characteristics of speed step instruction,SAKF can effectively suppress the interference of inertia disturbance to DTPI under load,and maintain the design characteristics of the system.This research is helpful to improve the control precision of torque motor and can be extended to other mechanical transmission fields.
