介绍了封闭式循环水系统和敞开式循环水系统,分析了工业循环冷却水系统的水质特点和水垢的危害,根据水质特点和流体特性采用变频电子除垢技术进行静、动对比态实验.两组对照实验结果说明,在常规条件下,变频电子除垢技术能够起到防垢阻垢效果,降低水垢的产生.
Frequency Conversion Electronic Scaling Technology and Experimental Study of Circulating Water
This paper introduces the closed circulating water system and open circulating water system,analyzes the water quality characteristics of industrial circulating cooling water system and the harm of scale,according to the water quality characteristics and fluid characteristics using frequency conversion electronic scaling technology for static and dynamic contrast experiment,through two groups of experimental results,shows that under conventional conditions,variable frequency conversion electronic scaling technology can prevent scale effect,reduce the production of scale.
