为满足机载锚杆钻机在钻孔和机上布局设计的要求,对现有的结构进行了优化.分析了锚杆钻机摆动结构,基于拓扑优化原型,研究了钻机的拓扑优化设计.对优化结果进行验证分析,发现优化后摆动结构的静、动态特性明显提升,为钻机的拓扑优化研究提供了理论依据.
Topology Optimisation of an Airborne Anchor Drilling Rig
In order to solve the requirements of machine-mounted anchor drilling rig in drilling and on-board layout design,the existing structure is optimised.Firstly,the swing structure of the anchor drilling rig is analysed.Then,based on the topology optimisation prototype,the topology optimisation design of the drilling rig was investigated.Through the verification and analysis of the optimisation results,it is found that the static and dynamic characteristics of the oscillating structure are significantly improved after optimisation,which improves the theoretical basis for the topology optimisation study of the drilling rig afterwards.
