碳刷长度监测和粉尘处理的问题一直是困扰电力行业安全生产的一项难题,传统的处理方法往往需要停机退备,投入大量人力、物力对碳刷长度进行逐个测量记录,并对碳粉进行清理,严重影响发电安全和发电效益.通过总结实际运行中的经验,参考同行中的优良做法并探索优化方案,并在此基础上对其功能和应用范围进行扩展,创新性开展改进研究,设计出了大中型水电站机组滑环智能监测与除尘新的解决方案,大大提升系统的安全可靠性和实际应用效果.
Research and Application of Intelligent Monitoring and Dust Removal System for Slip Ring of Hydraulic Electric Generator
There are a lot of researches in this field,some ideas and methods are worth using for reference,but no systematic design scheme is put forward for the intelligent monitoring and dust removal of carbon brush.By summarizing the experience in actual operation,referring to the good practice of the same trade and exploring the optimization scheme,this paper extends its function and application scope,and innovatively carries out the improvement research,a new scheme of slip-ring intelligent monitoring and dedusting for large and medium-sized hydropower units is designed,which greatly improves the safety,reliability and practical application effect of the system.
