离心式湿气压缩机组燃气系统节能改造与应用

根据离心式湿气压缩机的现状,分析目前存在的工艺系统燃气系统预热时间长及预热放空气量大的问题.为缩短湿气压缩机启机时间,同时减少燃气放空量,对现有的燃气系统进行工艺改造,一方面将预热流程引入天然气增压流程,另一方面增加燃气系统热备流程.措施实施后,经核算湿气压缩机在同等工况下单次启机时间可缩短15 min,年节省燃气放空6.7 × 104m3,折合经济效益13.4万元,节能减排77.9t标煤.
Energy Saving Renovation and Application of Gas System in Centrifugal Wet Gas Compressor Unit
Based on the current situation of centrifugal wet gas compressors,analyze the problems of long preheating time and large preheating air release volume in the process system gas system.In order to shorten the start-up time of the wet gas compressor and reduce the amount of gas venting,the existing gas system is undergoing process transformation.On the one hand,the preheating process is introduced into the natural gas boosting process,and on the other hand,the hot standby process of the gas system is increased.After the implementation of the measures,it has been calculated that the single start-up time of the wet gas compressor can be shortened by 15 minutes under the same working conditions,saving 6.7%of gas venting annually x 104m3,Equivalent to an economic benefit of 134000 yuan,it saves energy and reduces emissions by 77.9 tons of standard coal.
