Value Assessment of New Energy Vehicle Enterprises in the Context of"Double Carbon"——BYD Auto as an Example
As an industry strongly supported by the state,new energy vehicles play an important role in the development of the country and the improvement of the economy.Combined with the development of BYD,a leading enterprise in the new energy industry,the FCFF model is adopted to assess its enterprise value.Through the analysis of the financial situation of the enterprise to understand the financial status of the enterprise,and then based on the historical data of the enterprise combined with the model to predict the value of the enterprise in the next five years.Through the calculation and analysis,it is concluded that the predicted enterprise value of BYD is lower than the market value,and the enterprise has the conclusion that the market value is overvalued to a certain extent.After the analysis,BYD should adjust its capital structure and industrial structure to ensure the stable development of the enterprise.
