Impact of ESG on Financial Performance of Valin Iron & Steel under the"Dual Carbon"
Taking Valin Iron & Steel as a case study,the study analyses its ESG practices and selects corresponding indicators to measure the impact of ESG on the financial performance of the enterprise in four dimensions,namely,solvency,profitability,operational capability and growth capability.It is found that the optimisation of ESG by enterprises can help to improve their financial performance and promote their sustainable development.Relevant experiences and insights into ESG practices of steel companies are presented in the hope of providing lessons for ESG practices of steel companies.
