A Study of Financial Flexibility Reserves and Corporate Innovation in Manufacturing Firms
Taking all A-share listed manufacturing companies in China from 2014 to 2021 as a sample,we analyse the impact of corporate financial flexibility reserves on corporate innovation investment,and get the following conclusion:the relationship between corporate financial flexibility reserves and corporate innovation investment is positively correlated,which also means that compared with the companies with poor financial flexibility reserves,the companies with high financial flexibility reserves will focus on corporate innovation investment more than those with poor financial flexibility reserves.It also means that compared with enterprises with poor financial flexibility reserves,enterprises with high financial flexibility reserves will pay more attention to the investment in enterprise innovation.
