Analysis of Cost Control Strategies for Material Procurement in Petroleum Enterprises
Starting from the procurement cost of oil enterprises,the control strategy of its procurement cost is analysed.It is analysed that,in order to achieve long-term development of oil enterprises,it is necessary to improve the economic efficiency of their own enterprises.For an enterprise,the procurement cost directly affects the enterprise's finishing profitability,and the procurement cost of the oil enterprise occupies more than 60％of the total production cost,so control the procurement cost of the oil enterprise can significantly improve the economic efficiency of the oil,and hope that by adopting the scientific procurement cost control strategy can be achieved to reduce the procurement cost of the oil enterprise,and to achieve the purpose of the maximisation of the enterprise's efficiency.
