Through literature analysis,unstructured interviews and other research methods,combined with the development trend of automobile in advanced cities at home and abroad,enterprises representing different fields of the automobile industry chain in Guangzhou are selected for talent research.Through the analysis of the main challenges and problems faced by the talents in the automobile industry in Guangzhou,countermeasure suggestions are put forward for the high-quality development of the talents in the automobile industry in Guangzhou,such as strengthening the top-level design,focusing on the introduction of talents,strengthening the cultivation of talents,deepening the reform of talents,and strengthening the construction of platforms.
