Digital Economy Boosts Industrial Green Transformation in Henan Province:Empowering Effect and Implementation Paths
Enabling the green transformation of industry by digital economy is an important path to achieve high-quality economic growth.Based on the panel data of Henan Province from 2013 to 2023,this paper discusses the enabling effect of digital economy on the green transformation of industry in Henan Province.The empirical results show that the digital economy has a significant enabling effect on the green transformation of industry in Henan Province,but the effect has regional heterogeneity.In-depth analysis shows that the areas with relatively developed economy,relatively optimized structure and relatively concentrated talents can highlight the enabling effect of digital economy.In order to better play the enabling role of digital economy,it is necessary to strengthen digital integration and improve energy utilization efficiency;accelerate industrial digitalization and develop circular economy;optimize the layout of industrial structure and form a coordinated development pattern;make coordinated efforts between government and enterprises to promote the digitalization of industrial supply chain.
