Research on the Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of New Energy Automobile Industry in Heilongjiang Province under the Background of Carbon Neutrality
With the proposal of"double carbon"goal,the development of China's new energy industry has been paid great attention to,as the old industrial base in northeast China,Heilongjiang,new energy industry has also been vigorously developed in recent years.Based on this,the based on the background of carbon neutrality,this paper studies the current situation and future prospects of the development of new energy automobile industry in Heilongjiang Province,and makesa detailed analysis of its development predicament,divides it into five modules,and on this basis,puts forward five constructive suggestions and countermeasures.
