The Study on Information System of Intelligent Automatic Manufacturing in New Energy Lithium Electric Industry
Before 2014,the whole lithium electric industry has not realized the full-automatic negative-pressure component capacity automatic line logistics system production,when semi-automatic equipment was used to put into production,a large number of people were put into production.In 2015,the first automatic logistics line system for negative pressure components was successfully run in CATL,the whole production process of the automatic logistics line of negative pressure components can be realized completely by no-man operation,which includes the following steps.The automatic logistics line of negative pressure component capacitance has been put into the power lithium battery production industry,which has made a breakthrough in the improvement of productivity efficiency and the safety,performance stability,capacity density consistency of lithium battery products.It also reduces the labor cost and manufacturing cost.
