Research on the Motivation and Path of Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises——Based on the Case Study of Fujian Sansteel Group
Using the method of single case analysis,this paper studies the process,motivation and path of digital transformation of Fujian Sansteel Group,a typical representative of traditional manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the driving factors of enterprise digital transformation,and summarizes the path of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises mainly includes:Create digital application scenarios that run through the whole chain,change business models,build industrial Internet technology service platforms,and strengthen the construction of new infrastructure.Through the study on the digital transformation of Fujian Sansteel Group,it is found that the process of digital transformation is accompanied by the innovation of enterprise organization mode and management mode,and simultaneously drives the innovation of enterprise business model;The digital transformation of large manufacturing enterprises can promote the development of supply chain finance and the construction of industrial ecosystem.The establishment of an industrial Internet platform can accelerate the process of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
