RV Gearbox Fault Diagnosis of Industrial Robot Based on PCA-ELM Algorithm
A fault diagnosis method based on principal component analysis(PAC)and Extreme Learning Machine(ELM)is designed for RV gear box.The advantage of PCA's good stability is used to optimize the robustness of ELM and carry out fault diagnosis tests.PCA-ELM can detect the type of fault,which can achieve a high accuracy,and also greatly shorten the processing time.This research has a good value in the early fault removal of RV gear box,and can save the cost of industrial robots with high efficiency.
