内燃机车辅助发电器的优化设计与应用

针对内燃机车在工业企业运输过程中出现的损耗问题,通过分析辅助发电机工作原理,从硬件和软件两方面对辅助发电机进行优化设计,通过增加辅助变流器、优化充电电路以及PWM模块以减少油耗、保护内燃机车各功能单元设备.性能测验结果表明,辅助发电机的优化设计可以有效保护内燃机车各设备,节省内燃机车的检修以及小、辅修等所产生的费用约10.5万元.
Optimal Design and Application of Auxiliary Generator for Diesel Locomotive
In view of the loss of diesel locomotive in the transportation process of industrial enterprises,this paper analyzes the working principle of the auxiliary generator,and optimizes the design of the auxiliary generator from both hardware and software.By adding the auxiliary converter,optimizing the charging circuit and PWM module,the fuel consumption is reduced and the functional unit equipment of diesel locomotive is protected.Finally,through the performance test,the results show that the optimized design of auxiliary generator can effectively protect the equipment of diesel locomotive,and save the cost of maintenance and minor and minor repairs of diesel locomotive about 105,000 yuan.
