液压锚杆钻车钻架结构优化设计和分析

为解决现有的液压锚杆钻车改造导致成本和质量增加的问题,提出了钻车钻架结构优化设计.基于ANSYS Workbench对钻架结构进行优化设计,根据优化设计结构进行有限元分析.结合有限元仿真分析结果验证优化钻车钻架优化前后的力学性能及疲劳寿命,最终得出本次优化可行.
Structural Optimization Design and Analysis of Hydraulic Anchor Drill Rig
In order to solve the problem of cost and quality increase caused by the reconstruction of the existing hydraulic anchor drill car,the optimal design of the drill frame structure of the drill car was put forward.Firstly,the drilling frame structure is optimized based on ANSYS Workbench.Then,the finite element analysis is carried out according to the optimized design structure.Combined with the finite element simulation analysis results,the mechanical properties and fatigue life of the drilling rig before and after optimization are verified,and the feasibility of the optimization is finally obtained.
