电力机车应急处置系统的研究与应用

针对正线运行机车应急处置,研究一种基于OCS300平台的机车车载应急处置系统,并结合机务大数据平台地面应急处置展示系统,可实现正线运行机车突发情况应急处置车—地综合运用.不同于车载微机故障显示、纸质应急处置手册、司机地面口头描述三者结合的传统应急故障处置策略,中车载应急事件精准实时显示、全方位的处置措施及应急事件地面实时传输的应急处置策略避免司机出现盲目排故的情况,大大提高现场应急处置效率.
Research and Application of Emergency Handling System for Electric Locomotive
Aiming at the emergency disposal of main line running locomotive,this paper studies and designs a locomotive on-board emergency disposal system based on OCS300 platform,and combines with the ground emergency disposal display system of locomotive big data platform,which can realize the comprehensive application of Vehicle Ground emergency disposal of main line running vehicles.It is different from the traditional emergency fault disposal strategy which combines the on-board microcomputer fault display,the paper emergency disposal manual and the driver's oral description on the ground.In this paper,the vehicle emergency accurate real-time display,all-round disposal measures and emergency ground real-time transmission of emergency disposal strategy to avoid the driver blind troubleshooting,greatly improve the efficiency of on-site emergency disposal.
