Application of Automation Technology in High-End Manufacturing under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing Development
In order to explore the application strategy of automation technology to high-end manufacturing production under the background of intelligent manufacturing,the study adopts case analysis method to analyze the application effect of automation technology in improving production efficiency,reducing cost and enhancing production flexibility in detail,taking German BMW automobile factory,Ximenzi Amberg digital factory and TSMC semiconductor manufacturing as examples.The research results show that by integrating automation system,optimizing manufacturing production process,strengthening the collaboration between artificial intelligence and automation technology,fully realizing manufacturing production intelligence,applying automation technology to optimize resource allocation and energy management,and realizing the whole process monitoring and other strategies of manufacturing production with the help of automation technology.Manufacturing enterprises can not only improve production efficiency and product quality,but also achieve efficient use of resources and energy conservation,comprehensively improve the intelligent level of manufacturing industry,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of high-end manufacturing industry.
