Energy Saving Optimisation of Wax Oil Hydrocracking Unit
With the change of crude oil properties,hydrocracking technology is gradually becoming the core of petrochemical companies and modern refining industry.In this process,the effective management of comprehensive energy consumption of the plant,the continuous optimisation of process technology,and the continuous exploration of energy saving and emission reduction measures not only show the ability of the technology managers,but also are the key factors to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise,enhance the market competitiveness,and improve the economic benefits.Therefore,it is of great practical and strategic significance to continuously optimise the hydrocracking process technology,reduce the energy demand of the process,continuously update and improve the equipment,and explore and implement energy saving and emission reduction strategies.The process flow of wax oil hydrocracking is analysed,followed by exploring the influencing factors of energy consumption of the plant and proposing energy-saving optimisation measures for reference.
