Due to the regional characteristics and industrial policies,the coal industry in Xiangning County,Shanxi Province exhibits a dual pattern of"mining+washing",representing a simplistic coal delivery sector.In line with the development positioning as the"National High-quality Coking Coal Development Base County"outlined in the 14th Five-Year Development Plan by the county government,this paper primarily focuses on technological advancements and policy guidance to offer valuable insights for low-carbon development in counties sharing similar industrial characteristics.
