Optimisation and Economic Evaluation of a High Pressure Hydrogenation Unit for Naphthenic Lubricants
Aiming at the problem that the yield calibration result is lower than the design value during the production of naphthenic lubricant(base oil),the factors affecting the yield calibration result are analysed,and it is proposed to optimize the high-pressure hydrotreating unit of the naphthenic lubricant by increasing the ratio of lubricating oil in the feedstock oil and increasing the air speed.The results of the economic evaluation showed that the average base oil yield was improved to a certain extent,up to 89.50％,after it was optimised accordingly.
