Competitive Strategy Selection of State-owned Small and Medium-sized Gas Separation Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises
By applying PEST to the gas separation equipment industry,the macro-environmental analysis was carried out,and the group of state-owned small and medium-sized gas separation equipment manufacturing enterprises was taken as the object of study,and the SWOT analysis was used to enumerate the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of this group of enterprises,and the two-by-two combinations were arranged in the form of a matrix,and analysed,so that a competitive strategy that adapts to the current market environment could be drawn up.
