Effect of Temperature Fluctuation on Discharge Characteristics of Lithium Battery Pack of Electric Vehicle
The energy and power functions are constructed, and the second-order RC model is set up to test the discharge of series battery at different temperatures. The results show that the temperature of the single battery is between 29℃ and 38℃,and the fitting function of the statistical sample probability shows that the temperature curve with normal distribution characteristics is formed by the series battery pack.Higher energy utilization is achieved by increasing the average temperature of the battery pack. With the increase of temperature difference, the energy utilization rate of the battery pack will decrease, and the influence of temperature difference on the energy utilization rate will appear a turning point at 14℃.This study provides a numerical reference for the temperature threshold control of battery thermal management.
