The healthy development of the energy and power industry chain is an important guarantee for China to achieve the goal of"double carbon",and the study of industry chain risk early warning is an important prerequisite for the healthy development of the industry chain.By sorting out the research progress of industry chain risk early warning at home and abroad,we put forward the research framework of energy and power industry chain early warning based on the background of carbon neutrality,and constructed the energy and power industry chain risk early warning indicator system consisting of primary,secondary and tertiary indicators to provide reference for the next step of industry chain risk early warning.
