计及光伏不确定性的虚拟电厂优化调度研究

虚拟电厂(VPP)优化调度中光伏发电不确定性给电力系统带来了许多问题.针对该问题,提出了一种新的优化模型和算法,实现了发电侧和需求侧资源的有效整合,提高了风电消纳率,降低了弃风损失.案例分析表明,在考虑不确定性的场景下,虚拟电厂能更好地控制运营成本,提升系统经济性和可靠性.特别是通过优先选择信誉良好的可中断负荷用户,进一步降低了运营风险.
Optimal Scheduling of Virtual Power Plants Accounting for Photovoltaic Uncertainty
Uncertainty of photovoltaic(PV)power generation in the optimal scheduling of virtual power plant(VPP)brings many problems to the power system.Aiming at these problems,a new optimisation model and algorithm are proposed to achieve the effective integration of generation-side and demand-side resources,which improves the rate of wind power consumption and significantly reduces the wind abandonment loss at the same time.The case study shows that the virtual power plant can better control the operation cost and improve the system economy and reliability under the scenario of considering uncertainty.In particular,the operational risk is further reduced by prioritising reputable interruptible load users.
