Design and Test of Reactive Power Compensation Device for Power Supply in a Coal Mine
In view of the problems of high reactive power and low power factor of driving equipment in driving face of Dongqu Coal mine,a reactive power compensation device is designed.The device is designed with explosion-proof structure.The voltage amplitude and phase of the bus are obtained dynamically by the sensor,and the reactive power of the driving equipment is adjusted in real time after analysis and calculation by the controller.Finally,the experimental analysis was completed.The analysis results show that the designed reactive power compensation device can effectively compensate the dynamic reactive power of the boring machine,and the power factor can be increased to more than 0.98,which improves the power supply quality of the coal mine power supply system.
