Motor Mica Slot Automatic Positioning Undercutting System
The existing motor mica slot automatic engraving system has poor positioning accuracy.This paper improves the automatic positioning and engraving algorithm of motor mica slot,and designs the corresponding hardware and control system.The designed copper slot segmentation adaptive threshold algorithm can accurately recognize and control the engraving operation in real time.Experiments have shown that the system can control the engraving error within±0.01mm,and can adapt to a variety of complex light.
