Digital Coordination Method for Aircraft Component Intersection Assembly Based on Hybrid Tolerance Constraints
The traditional digital coordination method of aircraft component intersection assembly directly reduces the dimensionality of intersection axes without modelling the tolerance domain of intersection axes,which results in low assembly accuracy and poor coordination effect,so the digital coordination method of aircraft component intersection assembly based on hybrid tolerance constraints is proposed.The intersection axis tolerance domain is modelled,the intersection axis is downgraded based on hybrid tolerance constraints to achieve more accurate control and detection,and the intersection assembly coordination process is designed to achieve the digital coordination of aircraft component intersection assembly based on hybrid tolerance constraints.Comparative experimental results show that the research method significantly improves the assembly accuracy and has a better coordination effect.
