液压支架远程自动控制系统设计及应用模拟研究

为实现液压支架控制系统高效、安全运行,提高其高智能化水平,设计一套液压支架远程自动控制系统,该系统以CAN总线为通讯网络,分传感器组、支架控制器和上位机共三级网络.重点阐述了以远程点动控制、远程集中控制的软件功能设计.经模拟验证表明:对于推镏动作,监测显示位移、压力均在误差范围内,满足要求,且很好地实现了集控控制功能.
Design and Application Simulation Study of Remote Automatic Control System for Hydraulic Support
In order to realise the efficient and safe operation of hydraulic bracket control system and improve its high intelligent level,a set of hydraulic bracket remote automatic control system is designed,which takes CAN bus as the communication network and is divided into three-level network of sensor group,bracket controller and upper computer.The system takes CAN bus as the communication network,and is divided into three-level network of sensor group and upper computer.It focuses on the design of software function with remote point control and remote centralised control.The simulation verification shows that:for pushing the lutetium action,the monitoring display displacement,pressure are within the error range,to meet the requirements,and well achieve the centralised control control function.
