Research on Energy-Saving Operation of Ultra-Supercritical Turbine Units in Power Plants
The 660 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine unit of a power plant needs to optimise its operation and improve energy saving. The research process carries out thermal tests for this turbine unit, collects operation data, fits a mathematical model of main steam pressure and heat consumption rate through mathematical methods, establishes a calculation method of valve throttling loss, and forms a variable operating condition model of the turbine and heat return system on this basis.Based on the above model, theoretical analysis is carried out,and at the same time, tests are conducted using an engineering platform, and finally,energy-saving and safe operation measures are proposed for the ultra-supercritical steam turbine unit, and the adjustment range of main steam valve opening and turbine operation parameters under variable load conditions are improved, and good results are achieved.
