制造企业绿色技术创新三方演化博弈分析

制造企业是经济发展的重要组织,是商品流转的中间环节,是推动国民经济绿色低碳、绿色节能技术发展的重要推手.采用演化博弈模型,以实际环境规制下绿色技术创新的实际情景为导向提出研究假设,选择政策的推动方、执行方和接受方三个对象,构建了政府与制造企业对绿色技术创新的协同作用的非合作演化博弈模型,分析在中央政府环保及绿色创新战略下,地方政府实施正向绿色技术创新支持以及负向绿色技术创新惩罚对促进制造企业绿色技术创新外部激励机制的博弈分析以及理想演化稳定均衡,对各个初始意愿下环境及绿色技术创新举措组合促进企业绿色技术创新政策方针.
Analysis of Tripartite Evolutionary Game of Green Technology Innovation in Manufacturing Enterprises
Manufacturing enterprises are important organisations for economic development,intermediate links in the flow of goods,and important drivers for promoting the development of green low-carbon and green energy-saving technologies in the national economy.Adopting the evolutionary game model,the research hypotheses are oriented to the actual scenarios of green technological innovation under the actual environmental regulation,and the three objects of the policy promoter,implementer and receiver are selected to construct a non-cooperative evolutionary game model of the synergistic effect of the government and the manufacturing enterprises on the green technological innovation,and to analyse the local government's implementation of the positive green technological innovation support as well as the negative green technological innovation support under the central government's environmental protection and green innovation strategy.The game analysis of the green technology innovation penalty to promote the external incentive mechanism of green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises and the ideal evolutionary stable equilibrium,and the simulation of the combination of environmental and green technology innovation initiatives to promote the green technology innovation policy of enterprises under the initial willingness of each.
