Problems and Coping Strategies of Cost Management in Urban Liquefied Petroleum Gas Enterprises
With the optimisation of urban energy structure,the scale of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)has been gradually reduced,and it is urgent to manage and control the cost effectively.In order to effectively reduce the production cost of urban liquefied petroleum gas enterprises and improve the operating efficiency.The problems existing in the current cost management of urban liquefied petroleum gas enterprises are analysed,and corresponding coping strategies are proposed.The research results can improve the cost control level of urban liquefied petroleum gas enterprises,and improve the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises.
