Techno-Economic Analysis of Coker Wax Oil Blending in Hydrocracking Unit
Coker wax oil is a kind of by-product produced in the process of coal coking,and the traditional direct incineration treatment not only causes waste of resources,but also generates a lot of environmental pollution.The technical and economic value of blending coker wax oil into hydrocracking unit for deep processing is analysed.By comparing the production data before and after the addition of coker wax oil,the changes in the economic benefits of the hydrocracking unit were calculated,and the influence of the blending ratio of coker wax oil on the economic benefits was discussed.The results show that appropriate blending of a certain proportion of coker wax oil can significantly improve the economic benefits of the hydrocracking unit,and at the same time realise the comprehensive utilization of coker wax oil resources,which is of good environmental and economic double value.
